Au Passage- dinner


One doesn’t stumble upon Au Passage wandering aimlessly in the back streets of Paris with its non-descript exterior, one hears about it from an insider. A hidden gem and locals delight, charming owners Audrey and Jean-Charles are the quinessential French couple.


The restaurants’ charm reflect their warmth and down to earth hospitality. There is something disarming about the aged interior (original counter, bars and chairs) which gives it a sense of homeliness.


A warm ambience transcends above the bustle of the frenzied service and you get a sense that this is a happy environment to work. IMG_9167_f

Shared small plates with fresh, organic ingredients, each dish is creative and very reasonably priced.


You can’t help leaving with a sense of nostalgia whilst having experienced one of the best wine bar/bistros in Paris.
