Online Booking Terms
Check-in/out
Normally, check-in time is anytime after 2:00 pm (14:00) and before 6:00 pm (18:00) and check-out before 10:00 am (10:00). However, we are flexible on times as long as we do not have any back-to-back check-in/outs that conflict. For check-ins after 6:00 pm, an additional fee may apply.
Please contact us with your estimated arrival time in Paris (airport or station) before your arrival so that we can organize your check-in.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is due before arrival or at check-in, and refunded after your departure or at check-out.
Cancellation policy
We require a 50% down payment to take a vacation rental off the market.
If for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know right away so that we can put it back on the market. If we succeed – which we usually do – we’ll give you a full refund; if not, we’ll keep the down payment as compensation for taking it off the market.
All monies are fully refundable if cancelled two months or more before arrival date.
