As an Australian living and working in property in Paris for over four years, I have spent several hundred hours researching and visiting various apartments to accommodate my parents whilst they undertook their life-long dream of looking for their own Paris apartment. During this process, it became apparent there was a significant lack of high-quality, reasonably priced short-term apartments to rent in Paris.
Visiting in excess of 100 apartments, over several years, it didn't take them long to realise they had found their ideal Parisian apartment when they visited an apartment on rue Charlot in the Marais. I began renting their apartment when they returned to their home in Sydney, Australia and following its immediate success, Apartments Actually was born.
What makes Apartments Actually different?

Each property is centrally-located, charming and well-equipped to offer all the luxuries of hotel living, with all the advantages of home.
